True healing is about treating the root causes of pain, suffering, anxiety and depression. Not just the symptoms.
The literal definition of healing is “to make whole”. It is the process of restoration that is needed to bring a person back to health when they’ve been suffering from disease, trauma, stress, loss or anything else that negatively affects their quality of life. But too many times the Western medicine model, along with many complimentary therapies, tend to focus on treating symptoms, rather than addressing the root causes.
At Vancouver Healing, I help you look past your symptoms begin to heal the root causes of your pain or suffering. Using a combination of Western scientific research, Eastern spirituality, and ancient healing modalities, I journey with my clients guiding them to awaken to their own inner territory with tremendous love and compassion so they can see the wholeness and be in a relationship with what is already here.

At Vancouver Healing, we know your pain is real. Our intention is to honor the need for pain medication when, and as needed - but to also offer an alternative gateway for people who are interested in proactively managing their condition by exploring proven natural approaches to health and wellness.

The human body is a unique chemical laboratory. In the hands of a skilled practitioner, the body’s inner pharmacy can be activated which can radically provide relief from chronic pain and discomfort even when other medications or therapies fail to do so.
“Sudha really helped ease my anxiety about my chronic pain when she was able to explain and offer solutions that no other practitioner or doctor has been able to.”

Wellness & Healing > Special Needs Kids & Adults
Special Needs Kids & Adults
Having worked extensively with special needs children has allowed me the unique perspective of understanding how energy healing can provide visible improvements in their physical, mental and emotional levels. From Cerebral Palsy and Down’s Syndrome, to MS, ADHD, Cystic Fibrosis, Autism, Speech, Learning and Behavioral Disorders and Developmental Delay, I have seen slow but steady results in children with even the most severe disabilities.
So profound were the changes the children under my care experienced, that I published a peer-reviewed clinical study, titled Integration of BHS and Jin Shin Jyutsu with Children of Special Needs in the Spring of 2006. Click here for the link to the full study.
“The work, over a three year period, brought visible improvement in the children at the emotional and mental levels.”
“The inspiration for this study came up during my work in a special needs children’s school with over 400 students at the “Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services” in the United Arab Emirates. The work involves the gentle art of ‘Jin Shin Jyutsu’ being applied twice weekly for two hours, largely on children with Cerebral Palsy. The work, over a three year period brought visible improvement in the children at the emotional and mental levels. I noticed that energy balancing with Jin Shin Jyutsu provided slow but steady results with severe disabilities. Children were seen to calm down and rest peacefully after each session. Some were promoted to higher classes, becoming more focused and creative.”

“Sudha's loving, gentle and direct approach in facilitating the MAGI process has helped me to love every aspect of myself. Even the parts of myself that I didn't like.”
“I started doing the MAGI process with Sudha because I used to be so self-critical and hard on myself. As a result, I used to prevent my own success and happiness. I was in a subtle self-destructive pattern."
"After practicing the MAGI process, I am finally able to let go of negative thoughts or beliefs about myself, and I did it in a way that I never imagined. I did it by listening to Sudha asking me to "include everything"."

Wellness & Healing > Early Childhood Trauma
Early Childhood Trauma
Sadly, there is now a scientifically proven link between childhood trauma and the chronic diseases people develop as adults. Whether the trauma was due to abuse or neglect, it can manifest itself in various chronic conditions including autoimmune disorders, depression, violence, being a victim of violence and even suicide. If you’ve experienced long-standing problems with health, fear, anxiety, depression or repetitive relationship problems, I can help you heal the root of these issues so you can live a happy, healthy life full of the energy, joy and lightness you so truly deserve.
“Sudha helped me open a door that was locked for a very long time.”
“My first consult with her, she flooded me with all the knowledge I always felt inside but perhaps too fragile to face. Her steady compassionate gaze made me feel safe and understood. Maybe even a little vulnerable. She gave me acknowledgement that it was ok to feel those deep dark places whereas before I’d cloak it with extreme ego, fear, and anger. She helped me open a door that was locked for a very long time through her wisdom and honesty."
"Psychologists have tried with me before but with Sudha, there was no fight. It felt safe, it felt natural. There is no candy coating, she will tell you what you need to hear for you to advance but with utmost compassion. She brought me to my roots, she released so much inner joy, hurt, and wisdom through her Marma and Jin Shin Jyutsu sessions."
"I cried and cried and cried and cried! But, at the end of it, the feeling was indescribable. There IS light in the darkness. There is! We just need to allow ourselves to face it where a lot of times we run and distract it. Sudha guides you through that darkness and scared I was not. She made it fun, safe, and profound.”
